Coding

For 2 terms, we have been rotating between S.T.E.M robotics and coding. I have been doing coding. We did the coding on scratch. Coding is a way of making computer games and websites.It is also the computer's language. The hard thing is figuring out which bit you need. The hardest thing is finally figuring out how to do something.

Our Mantra

For our class treaty/Mantra, we have been learning about success. We wrote down ideas On a whiteboard and made google drawing about what success Is to us.

The New School

For about 2 days, we have been writing a poem about our new school! We had to write about what we sensed. We also had to try and add alliteration and similes.

I see, the great streaks of blue, flowing down the walls and across the coal black carpet.

I feel the cool air in the huge classroom sweeping and skimming over everyone.

I hear the quiet whispers of other children murmuring to each other as they work.

I smell the vivid aroma of others using whiteboard markers on the bright glossy tables.

I touch, the soft, fluffy walls that feel like supple green grass, growing in the ground.

Overall, I feel exhilarated with all the shiny surfaces, the bouncing chairs and the cheerful laughs all around the school.
